The problem

Your CRM records what reps said. It cannot record what they did.

Self-reported activity is the least reliable number in the revenue stack, and it is the number every forecast quietly rests on. A rep logs 142 calls. The dialer shows 96. By the time that gap surfaces in a quarterly review, the quarter is already spent.

  • Managers audit by hand. Spreadsheet exports, three tools, one afternoon per week, and it is stale before it is finished.
  • Coaching arrives too late. A rep drifts for six weeks before anyone has evidence solid enough to act on.
  • Performance decisions do not hold up. When you need a defensible record, screenshots and recollection are not one.

Verification engine

Every claim, reconciled to its source.

SalesDay pulls raw activity straight from the tools your team already lives in, normalizes it through an isolated parser per tool, then compares it line by line against what each rep reported. Anything outside tolerance is flagged the same night, with the evidence attached.

  • One parser per tool, fully isolated. Swapping a dialer means replacing a single file. Nothing else in the platform moves.
  • Identity reconciled across aliases. The same person under three different agent IDs resolves to one record, not three ghosts.
  • An evidence pack on every flag. Raw rows, timestamps and the exact tolerance breach, ready to put in front of the rep.

Attendance and shifts

Shifts that cross midnight, handled correctly.

A rep in Chennai working a US shift clocks in at 7:30 PM and out at 4:30 AM. Most attendance tools break on that. SalesDay stores every timestamp in UTC, anchors the record to the shift start day, and knows to pull two days of tool data before it scores the night.

  • Any timezone, one truth. IST, SGT, GST, EST, PST, GMT, AEST and LATAM zones all resolve to the same UTC record.
  • Clock in from anywhere. Web, mobile browser or a WhatsApp message. The record is identical either way.
  • Overrides carry a reason and an author. A manager can correct any day, and the correction is part of the permanent record.

Scoring and escalation

Performance consequences that run themselves.

Set the target and the red line once. Every night, SalesDay scores each rep against verified activity and moves them along the ladder without anyone remembering to. Every step is logged, timestamped and attributable, so the record holds when it matters.

Verbal warning, logged

The rep drops below the red line. A variance record is written with the evidence attached and the manager is notified.

The platform

Twelve modules. One record. No seams.

Sales operations fragmented across a dozen tabs is not a stack, it is a liability. SalesDay puts the whole motion, from clock in to commission, on a single spine.

Verification Engine

Reconciles claimed activity against raw tool data and flags every gap with evidence.

Attendance and Shifts

Timezone-aware clock in and out, grace periods, auto absent, midnight-spanning shifts.

EOD Reporting

Structured daily self-reports across calls, email, InMail, WhatsApp and meetings.

Role Intelligence

Distinct KPI engines per seat: BDE, MDE, AE, Sales Manager and SEO.

HoS

Prospect Engine

Catalog-aware qualification, stakeholder dossiers and five-channel outreach drafts.

Finance Hub

Payroll, commission slabs, tool subscriptions and ad spend with a locked FX rate.

Task Management

Kanban, list and calendar views, linked to the deal or account they belong to.

Analytics Hub

Weekly channel uploads across twelve marketing surfaces, with variance checks.

Workspace

Configurable column sets so each team sees the fields that actually drive its work.

Leave Management

Requests, approvals and holiday calendars that feed straight into scoring.

Reimbursements

Claims with receipts, routed through the same approval chain as everything else.

Audit Trail

Every mutation, every actor, every timestamp. Written on the way past, never after.

Built for every seat

The same truth, framed for whoever is looking at it.

A rep does not need the board view and a CEO does not need a call log. Role-aware access is enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface.

Know where you stand before anyone tells you.

Reps see their own verified numbers the moment scoring runs, not three weeks later in a review. No surprises, and no arguing about whose spreadsheet is right.

  • Today's verified activity against target, updated nightly
  • A structured EOD form that takes under two minutes
  • Own attendance history, strikes and PIP status, always visible

The operating seat

Stop auditing. Start coaching.

The nightly run does the reconciliation work that used to take an afternoon a week. What lands on the desk is a ranked list of who needs attention and why, with the evidence already attached.

  • Team snapshot with verified activity for every rep
  • Variance report ranked by severity, evidence one click away
  • Upload hub for tool exports, one parser per tool
  • Manual overrides on attendance, always with a reason
  • Payroll proposals with the FX rate locked at submission

Read only, people record

A performance record that holds up.

When a conversation gets difficult, HR opens a complete trail: what was claimed, what was verified, when the warning went out and who issued it. Nothing reconstructed after the fact.

  • Every strike with its issuing manager and underlying evidence
  • Active PIPs with day count and checkpoint history
  • Attendance and leave in one continuous timeline

Admin and approvals

Commission that ties back to verified work.

Payroll moves through a mandatory three step chain: proposed, approved, paid. The exchange rate is captured the moment the proposal is submitted and never recalculated, so the number you approve is the number that gets paid.

  • Commission slabs by role and deal count, with bonus thresholds
  • Deal attribution split across reps, enforced to total 100%
  • Tool subscriptions with renewal countdowns and owners
  • Ad campaign spend tracked against budget in real terms

Integrations

It reads the tools your team already uses.

No rip and replace. SalesDay sits above your stack and reconciles what comes out of it.

Why now

CRM was built to record deals. Nothing was built to run the team.

Revenue and Sales Operations is the layer between the CRM and the org chart, and until recently there was no way to build it honestly. That changed.

01

The stack fragmented

A sales team now touches a dialer, a sequencer, a CRM, an enrichment tool and three inboxes before lunch. The activity record was split across all of them and stitched together by nobody.

02

Self-reporting quietly broke

Remote and distributed teams made observation impossible and self-reporting mandatory. Every downstream forecast inherited an unverified input, and everybody agreed not to mention it.

03

Verification became possible

Every tool in that stack now exposes its raw record. Reconciling them into one auditable truth is finally an engineering problem rather than a management one. SalesDay is that engine.

Built to be trusted

A performance record is only worth what it can withstand.

If a system is going to influence someone's job, it has to be defensible from the first line of code.

Short-lived tokens

Access tokens live fifteen minutes and stay in memory, never in local storage. Refresh tokens are hashed at rest and rotated on every use.

Everything is audited

Every mutating action writes actor, resource, timestamp and payload to an append-only log. Audit writes never block the request that caused them.

UTC underneath, local on top

Every timestamp is stored in UTC and rendered in the viewer's timezone. Distributed teams never argue about which clock was right.

Roles enforced server side

The interface hides what a role should not see. The API refuses it independently. Neither one trusts the other.

Nothing is ever deleted

People and records are deactivated, never removed. Historical performance stays attributed to the person who produced it.

Re-entrant by design

The nightly job can be re-run for any date without duplicating a record. Corrections are safe, so people actually make them.
